Apostle Lorraine Anderson
I am the founder of The Wailing Wall Int’l Prayer Ministries. But there was much that I went through to get to this place in God. I was Born in Los Angeles, CA in the Watts Projects. I was raised by a single mother along with five sisters in a two-bedroom broken down shack. I found myself in the fast lane (sex, drugs, money and everything in between). But my mother sent her children to church even when she wouldn’t go, and she taught us Jesus. That helped me when I reached rock bottom.
I called on Jesus and He saved me in 1979. Even though I was called I only accepted the calling into ministry in 1984. I am a survivor. Now I am a spiritual midwife, and my kingdom assignment is to birth out intercessors, prophetic watchman and gatekeepers on the wall operating in the spirit of the Most High. God uses me and this ministry to help birth ministries that God is given to many. I am a mother in Zion, an apostle and overseer, a woman of integrity, an author and a visionary. Most importantly I am a child of God with a burden for souls.
Our Ministry
In 2004, I was in the shower and praying, “God, what do you want me to do next?” and the Spirit of the Lord spoke to me and said to take prayer from city to city and state to state. I was unsure of how to do that because I was already a part of a ministry that deals with prayer and fasting.
I tried to go to different buildings in other cities and that was not working. This is when the Prayer line was birthed out.
Here at The Wall, we reach out to people who were not able to go to church building and who were not getting checked on by members. We became a lifeline that could meet peoples needs naturally and spiritually.
